Ingredients:
1 cup (280g) Nutella or any chocolate hazelnut spread
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, eggs, and flour. Stir until the batter is smooth and fully combined.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few crumbs.
Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool for about 10 minutes, then cut them into squares.
Peanut Butter Cookies:
Ingredients:
1 cup (250g) peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt (optional, but enhances flavor)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Shape Cookies: Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool and Enjoy: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a rack.
