If you look at this list, there are still 18 admins still around, but that number alone paints (pun intended) a far from complete picture of the admin situation here.

Going down the list, @atreyufan1500 hasn't been on in over a month (which is far better than most); @banjo2 hasn't been on since September (he was online almost every single day back in 2019, for which I am extremely grateful); I've never met @BLACK OPS before, but they haven't been on since July; @Divine Crusader has been coming on fairly often, but still hasn't been on in 5 days; I've never met @ExypnosPrincess before, and since they have a private profile (and likely haven't been on in ages) I doubt that I ever will; @Finrod actually left Paint back in January (which he says right in his profile bio); @GuiedGui is absolutely perfect, and should be promoted to Overlord status ASAP; @Haruspex may be an Overlord, but they haven't been on in over 7 months; @IblisFlare has been logging in regularly, but as he already stated in his reply to my initial comment, he's "never been a forwardly active member"; IDK @inSein very well, but at least they were online only 4 days ago (hopefully that's not just a fluke, and they log in regularly); @jsa005 last logged in late last month, and I think they are fairly active; @Limxzero was last on 4 days ago, and once again, I think that I've seen them around fairly often (although it can be hard to tell sometimes); @NotStarShadow is just an alt account of @Star Shadow 's that hasn't been touched in over 2 years; @Rlad116 is one of 3 individuals ( @yaynikki and @Divine Crusader being the other 2) who is actually online fairly often, and is still featuring blogs from time to time; @SCREECHiNG FLARE was quiet (but very active) when I was first on here back in 2019, and she's a good friend of mine (she even made this drawing for me), but she hasn't been on since May of last year; IDK @Skunkman , but just like @Haruspex , they're an Overlord who hasn't been on in months (although October isn't that far back, I suppose); @Star Shadow has been fairly active (even more than @Divine Crusader , I think), but she hasn't been on in almost 2 weeks either; and @yaynikki is (as I mentioned before) one of the last few blogmins that actually still takes the time to feature blogs.

IK that I seem a little fixated on this single aspect of the problem, but (and I'm speaking from personal experience) it directly affects how easy it is for new members to be able to do things here on Paint, and even now there are plenty of times (such as when I need a blog to be featured or bumped) when I still need the help of an admin, but unlike back in 2019 (or even most of 2020), there are very few admins around to help me these days, and many of the ones who technically still are (like my good friend @banjo2 ) just don't seem to be around when you need them anymore.
(Not to mention that a lot of them like @Gemini Guardian apparently gave up their admin powers, which isn't a good sign.)

I've wanted blogmin powers for a LONG time now, and since we're down to 3 or 4 semi-active blogmins, it seems like now would be the time to give me them (in spite of my RL situation, which won't be an issue for much longer anyway), and @Tora-Kokoro would make an excellent groupmin IMO, so instead of just leaving these responsibilities to the same people from 2019 or earlier who are never online, START MAKING NEW ADMINS ALREADY!
(At least y'all acknowledged how awesome of an admin @GuiedGui would be though, lol!)
