Arceus: Impossible in America, Europe and Australia. You need a AR and the code or another cheating device. Or, finding one on the GTS (you will have 0% chance of finding one). (However, last year, when the Arceus movie aired on CN, there was a event on all Toys'R'Us where you could have one legit).

Darkrai: Wi-fi event, a event or AR only.

I don't know how to catch either of them but you can get giratina in Spring Valley *after you beat the Elite four.*
