That's right. Google is probably going to take over the world. Ridiculous? No, I'll even give you some examples.
In 2012 the internet was united for the first time in history to fight the government and SOPA. It had won.
A year later in 2013 the internet was united for the second time in history to fight Google and Google+'s takeover of YouTube. It had lost.
Google is stronger than the government.
Still don't believe me? Take this.
In 2013, Google bought 8 robotics companies... Including a military contractor.
CTV News states "The company has worked on projects for the United States Armed Forces and for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which is part of the U.S. Department of Defense."
So, Google buying out robotics firms is innocent enough. Imagine, "Google, creator of robots that are firefighters, surgeons, doctors, and even kitten babysitters."
But they've bought out a company that will produce robots running faster than Usain Bolt on steroids with a flamethrower. What would Google need that for? Oh, world domination.
Still don't believe me?
Here you go.
-Has the entire planet and most of the moon mapped out.
-Constantly tracking people.
-Cars that drive themselves.
-Pretty much put the Iron Man HUD into glasses.
Still don't believe me? Well, I'm completely devoid of further information.
Thank you for reading, au revoir!
Woah, I didn't expect this to be featured. I could've relabeled it, the title was meant to be sarcastic. Theres no font for sarcasm, I guess. I didn't mean this to be a conspiracy, I wanted the feel to be more humorous, such as why Google bought out a military contractor. If its really that bad I'll delete this blog, just reply to this comment saying so.
Google can do whatever they want because we let it happen. If it was any other company we would be like oh no. But this blog doesn't show how they will take over the world at all. It just list things they did last year. If you look at Microsoft's Xbox One and how mad people were about that because it was always online and they changed it in the long run too. We did something to show we didn't want it but the things Google is doing is mostly good.
Apple also has the most registered credit card numbers in the world... More than Amazon.
In 2013 Google also bought a company that researches the technology to extend human life, I think it was called Calico. And they also are working on a Smart Contact Lense that helps monitors blood sugar and other important factors.
