Bronies watch it because of Derpy Hooves, (the ponies nickname, given by the Meme community) which is how it became a meme in the first place. Hence the 'Derp' in Derpy. The eyes were an animation error at first, but they decided to leave it like that because of the views the show started to get. Her actual name is actualy Ditzy Doo. o-o

I thought it would probably be lame, but then I watched it a bit and I actually found it fairly entertaining, better than most of the hastily drawn childrens cartoons nowadays that look like a 3 year old drew them, and just have fart jokes and no story. I actually wanted to know what happened next. Watching a cartoon that is perhaps meant for younger audiences hardly makes you a creep. Spongebob, disney movies, harry potter, those are all for kids and liking them as a teenager/adult hardly makes you a creepy person.
