Some threads get locked, good examples would be threads that are off-topic, pointless, spam, and even chatroom threads. This thread will fit many of those cateogorys.
But not to be alarmed, there are good threads. Because some of the users use there uncommon sense to create threads that hasn't been done and that don't be of lockable quality.
