IGNORED PEOPLE GROUP Chat-Like Board

I'm not getting this. Explain.

Last I checked, chatrooms are for chatting. Groups and mail are alternatives, but the boards are not.

Catch my drift.

Not even so much the groups but people tend to use them as a chat, it's annoying but you can always ignore it.
But threads are not chats, as they are used for getting peoples thoughts on a subject, not spamming.

Don't argue with idiots because they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

It's threads like this that make me wish I were a BB admin. -.-'
