Well you may as well just use the old thread instead of creating a "dupe", because if you're going to create a new one then the old should get locked to prevent confusion and conflict having duplicates of the same thread. Basicly in my opinion you may as well just skip all of that and just use the old thread and bump it up.

I believe everyone including me uses the term "dupe" wrong also, as it means a post that has been made mulitiple times due to a internet hiccup or page reload.

I also agree with your blog fully though, I just have personal thoughts and own reasoning that I have learned while using the BB's if that makes any sense. Lol

agreed. slot of admins are calling threads that are fun. "spam and off topic" this is the misc section. we should get to have fun.

I agree with Divine. I hear "IT'S THE ADMINS FAULTS" Alot nowadays. Even when things go right. You have to look at things from a user perspective.

DC- I believe only 50% of the normal users creating the problem is more of a understatement. 72% sounds a bit more accurate.
