Itsems like you need these caps to make you smaller to use some moving things, but there is no ONE near you.

You gotta get through the boomb area first, which is South. You eventually loop around, which lets you get a Gnome Cap and get past those earlier bits.

Plus, there's a bomb thing, but no bombs at it....

You gotta unlock them further ahead with tthe bow/boomerang[I forget which]

There's a switch to get rid of the wooden barrier, a chunk, rather...

For Ninteno Dsi, I'm stuck on a part:
The stage is Vaati Palace. At the end where there's these bombs are for a weapons. What am I supposed to do after that? I use the bombs to throw it at the wind twirl, but nothing happens

Throw a bomb into the whirlwind below Vaati, and hit B when it's near his body. Do it repeatedly, and when he's just sitting on the ground, stunned, hit him with your sword repeatedly.

Hopefully, you can figure the second sequence of the Vaati fight...
