What we have been able to prove is the stuff that is definitely true. You're saying I should not go by the facts?

I am being open minded. But there is a fine line between 'open minded' and 'gullible.'
If I were to be presented with absolute, concrete evidence that everything I thought to be true is wrong, I would accept it. I will not, however, assume to be true 'theories' that have barely any proof or reason behind their claims.
