Here is some good advice: You don't have to capitalize every word.
On topic: If he says he likes you, then he got with someone else and then says he doesn't like you, I think you should move on. Open your eyes, you can not trust this person. Its common sense for god sake. And as for his mates, don't trust everything they say.
