Because, I can make something like it and make it look like this example i made. I was wondering if anyone would think thats cool or something.
Also, you may have noticed ( unless you read this first ) that theres a rectangle on the left middle. Thats the size of how big the 3ds browser screen will see things. So your kind of zoomed way out in that example.
As for the size of the world, the least would be 300x300 blocks ( 90,000 blocks ), but with this compression technique thing i made, i can probably go all the way up to 1000x1000 ( much bigger then the xbox minecraft, without up and down though ).
terraria looks like it would be using way too much memory on a 3ds browser, even if the 3ds wasnt showing anything and only did math. i dont think i can even have enemies with the one im making, unless if i make it like pokemon. and have dark areas act like bushes. which i think im going to do actually. becuz then, i can have a large variety of enemies just like pokemon, and everything would just be alot easier to do.
but with the one im making, i can have chests, furnaces, etc. which is good. its not just blocks.
minicraft is not like the picture example i made. minicraft doesnt even look that great either, i want to be able to dig and place any block anywhere i want.
the way im making it theres not going to be much problems about memory or anything really. the speed will be fast enough also. the only problem im having now, is just setting everything up to work the way it should. i cant wait until im finished though. that example i made really makes me want to keep going until im finished.
the size will be 500x500 blocks also. i should be able to go higher easily but if im lucky it will be awesome if i could go to 1000x1000. which is 1 million blocks.
