I know that something like this has been proposed in the past, but, could we have a checkbox in the question composer that would make the question only visible to Secretaries/Helpdeskmins? There are some issues that are best left not public, but there isn't really any other way to go about getting it solved quickly.

Big add-on to this, it would be significantly beneficial for all of the admins/Hull if we could flag these posts as urgent and not urgent, like maybe a 3 tier scale: Very Urgent, Urgent, Needs Attention

Add on to Trina's button, it would be nice for those who don't have the power to comment to hit that button, so that way it really does have value

Another, less important suggestion: A form of “I second this” button so I don’t feel like I have to be like “yes this on every post” (which I know I don’t have to, but it’s really nice to see other people support what would be good to add/change). Not like the blog rating system, where there’s +/-
