Help Desk Question - Friend Requests

I'm not sure if this is only me, but I've definitely noticed this.

Every single time anyone sends me a friend request, it doesn't work because it sends twice. We have to go back and forth, with one person sending, and then the other person sending until it actually sends 1 fr. Is this fixable or is this a problem with my account/device?

There are at least two help desk posts about this already, it is not your device.
