I made blogs that aren't hidden to public, but when I look at my profile the blog won't show up? Is this a bug?

As far as I'm aware, only blogs that are featured show on your profile. However you, as well as anyone else, can see them by hitting the blogs button under profile pages regardless of if they're featured or not.
