Group invites don't produce notifications

As the titles states. Multiple users have been affected, the notification never appears.

Fixed. An error in the automated purging process caused previously-invited members or removed members to never be purged from the roster. Now, anyone pending for a week is purged and can receive a new invitation. Anyone removed can be invited again the next day.
