Currently, Helpdesks are sorted by the time that they were opened, not when they were closed. This makes it hard to find what Helpdesks were recently closed.

This makes it hard to figure out what exactly changed without going to outside resources like Patreon or the repository itself.

This will work going forward, but I also tried to apply timestamps of any comments left to get a good starting place for the sort order
