Help Desk Request - "Private comments" option not functional

Even if the checkbox is marked, the comments section doesn't disappear from the profile, which is what I expect. Also, the comments page does not become hidden if the checkbox is marked.

This should not be too difficult to fix, but care needs to be taken to make sure administration doesn't get affected

Yep, I tested this with my alt by making my comments private, unfriending the alt, and attempting to comment on my profile with it. Worked.
