How I got on Paint via Switch: In your Internet Settings, click on your network > Change Settings > And change the DNS settings to Manual. Then make the primary one 104.155.028.090
Then try connecting again and you'll be on a dashboard where you can enter the Paint URL by clicking the "Search" button You'll have to remove the DNS whenever you wanna use the internet normally tho, or just set it back to Automatic so the DNS doesn't go when switching back to Manual
