As we all start to die
Yet still stuck in our ways
As blood fills the earth
And humanity fades
And those with the wealth
Vanish from earth's face
And from what we have learned
Still ignorant to our place
As the world mocks our kind
The sun laughs at our pain
We aren't sorts of gods
We can't even touch space
Yet we still own our earth
And destroy our only place
You tell your young what you've done
Then give them this place,
And laugh in their face,
As we all turn to waste,
All stuck in our ways,
At the end of our days.
