So during this, we will be talking about a mix of a Panic Attack and Anxiety Attack (the kinds I get usually)
Let's go over the common signs of this mix:
-A fetus-like position where you lay on something by feet
-Hyperventilating or Excessive Crying
-Thoughts about bad things or self-harm
-Buildup for the past few hours, days, weeks and even months
-A scared-like reaction (move away) or a angry sentence like "Get Away" when somebody goes near you
How to calm down yourself or someone who is experiencing this:
-Reassure that everything will be okay
-Keep distance away
-Once calmed down, you may continue
-Get a little closer, but keep distance whilst reminding that they are important
-Repeat until calmed enough to explain, without saying anything that will trigger their Anxiety what will happen
