This user has been banned. It's not unlikely he'll come back with an alt.

Remember if someone is cyber bullying you, you can report their comments with the red flag icon. Some mods only have 12 hour ban permissions and not perma ban permissions. Meaning issue users might only get a shorter ban initially.

You can go to another users profile and block them specifically if you aren't able to get immediate resolution from mods.

The internet is full of cyber bullies and shitty people unfortunately.
