Criminals stab you anywhere,
Haters stab you in the front,
But the thing that hurts the most,
Is when a friend stabs you in the back,
Agony tears you up,
And you can't face the truth,
You can't be mature,
Coz they're worthless to you,
This hurt is new,
A fire burning inside,
When your friendship grew and died,
You thought it'd never end,
And it ended when your life was on the mend,
It drives me to insanity,
Trying to claw through my thoughts,
And find any reason,
To this high treason,
Of your trust and loyalty,
But they turned right around and stabbed you,
And you ended up on the ground,
Your thoughts going round,
As you slowly drowned in your tears...
The Perspective Of This Poem Is Off. You Refer The "Agony" To The Reader But At One Point, Say It Is You.
Example:"and it ended when YOUR life was on the mend".
Then you change it to-
"It drives ME to insanity,"
