Ok so there's a place I know that I ca go on it's called shoutbox u can't get banned and u can change ur name and you don't need any type of account to chat with ppl so go to littledsitube.com then go to chat box and click on the thing that says click here then make up ur name and BAM you have a shoutbox and then add the page to ur favorites
