New DSisite

I need some people who know or has experianced using html, php, css, perl, javascript,etc. because Im trying to build a really cool DSisite. But now that my computer is broken and laptop is bricked I can't do it. So can anyone PLEASE help me build a cool DSisite. All I need is a few people like 3-7 people. Who ever helps will of course be assigned mod/admin.
