I need advice on how to condition for sports, sit ups push ups ect... and how many of them, when to do them how many breaks in between. and maybe diet plan....
It doesnt take much to get umm "toned" plenty of water just a few push ups over a long period of time can get you on ur way to an epic bod (though i think ur fine how u are).b4 exersizing u should should always stretch.

Well it depends on what sport you are doing. Some sports require you to focus on upper body strengh while others focus on lower. You should do about 10 push ups, 15 sit ups and run for about 5min. As for diet make sure you drink water, eat veggies, and ditch the junk food. This is what I do for sports. Hope it works for you!
