Before I begin. This has purposely not been submitted for news.

The cycle is fairly simple.. Once a member joins the thrill and struggle to become noticed begins. Eventually the user might make some great feat, and in doing so gains trust and some respect by others. This person would eventually become an admin.

For quite some time things will be going great. This new admin might be picked on and hased some at first. But in the end will be left alone. This is when the enjoyment begins. Ban a few trouble breakers here and there. The joy and rush of it all keeps making you come back everyday.

But then something changes.. A new member arrives. And to your surprise he does the samething you did to get your admin powers. You dislike this quite a bit. You don't think there's enough room. You continue to think to yourself "we have enough admins!" But nothing works. To your disappointment, he get's adminpowers.
Things could not get more wrong. You start to notice how difficult it is to become noticed. More and more n00bs get admin powers and are left to do things you think they'll do wrong. And they do.

At this point you are struggling to enjoy yourself. These new admins make things annoying. More and more of your old friends begin to leave. Until all that you knew are gone. Maybe an old admin you knew from your first day has just decided to leave. This makes the agony more stressful. Now rather than being online 24/7 and talking to your friends, you do other things. Maybe go check out some news on your favorite games. But in a short time you return to your duties. To your disappointment, you return to a large and frightening banlist. You notice a 8 member ban streak. How saddening. You remember how giving members a chance and periodic warnings is how you worked things.

At this point in time, you barely come on. You are mostly affraid of what you'll see. And with no friends to talk to, what's the point? Now you decide you've had enough.. Everythings changed.. Nothings like you remember it to be. So you throw in the towel. The old ones are forgotten. You are not even noticed by the ones who promoted you. You are forgotten. You would have like to be given more responsibilities. Too bad though, the n00bs passed you up.

But to the normal members, fear not. The cycle will aleways continue. As long as there are n00bs, there are admins.
