When I first became a pinkmin I noticed something right away, some people, not all, choose to purposely break the rules when an admin without chat powers is the only admin in the room, because they know we can't do a thing about it. This is so extremely rude and disrespectful. Treat us with the respect you would give any other admin. Treat others the same for that matter, admin or not.

Also, even though I'm a chatmin, I try to sort things out when a chatmin isn't around, if someone is breaking the rules, I attempt to stop it. The problem starts when people purposely continue simply because they feel I don't have the same authority as a chatmin does to stop them. Simply because I'm not a chatmin does not give you the right to break the rules.
