My fave is TWILIGHT PRINCESS! i like cuz the graphics are so life like, and its on the wii!

It's definitely Majora's Mask (N64, GC) for me. It's such a colorful world with so many interesting side quests. I love the concept of the 3 days and how the quests change with the passing of the days. I freakin' love Clock Town and all the NPCs that are there. I love the dungeons, the story, the graphics, the music... It's so trippy and creepy and SO fun to play.

I just love MM!
TP comes in a close second.

IMO, Majora's Mask is the best, 'cause it allows Link to transform to 5 diffrent shapes!
1.Normal, young Link/2.Deku Link/3.Goron Link/4.Zora Link/5.Fierce Diety Link(can only be used at the last boss)
There's a giant's mask, which makes Link huge, but it can only be used at a fight with Twinmold

My favorite is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time for the Nintendo 64, Nintendo Gamecube (Collector's Edition) or (The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: Master Quest) and the Wii (Wii Shop Channel) because of the game's lengh, its graphics, etc.
