I was empowered by outside forces
None of which were my own
Robotic and mechanical, I moved
Not really birthed, but grown
In my mind, it seemed so sure
In my heart, it felt incorrect
I was trained to guard tradition
My inner light I could barely protect
The system could predict me
Programmed my every need
It pulled me far into the structure
Hard to look inside myself deep
Until vehemently away I turned
And saw replicas and simulations
Epiphany after another I had
To come to awful realizations
The system distorts reality
What is natural is exploited
Certain concepts are fabricated
So that the truth can be avoided
It was a prison for my mind
Though they could not detain my soul
I awakened myself spiritually
Amongst the zombies that still loll
A sum of the wickedest crimes
We are the victims of the greatest scam
I must not ever allow this corrupt regime
To determine who I really am
They may now view me as a threat
Kept under surveillance with bugs
The current does not flow through me
I am forever unplugged
