The sword was a copy none the less, but it felt so much like the real thing! The black steel glimmered in the dim lighting. It was such a joy to feel its' weight in my hand again.
"Remember, it is temporary. You can choose any weapon you fancy." Reo stood in one place for a moment, obviously thinking, and spoke, "You must get back to Daelin now. You will see me again. You will see all Reos at once some day. Oh, and the child you saw in Nagrand was not the same you saw at Mount Hyjal."
"I know. The dragon was taking a familiar form. A form of innocence for me." I thought back. The Dragon did not wish to startle me. Reo summoned a portal to the very spot where Darin and I had left Daelin. I thanked the elder Reo and steped through to Daelin who stood shocked.
"Darin got away! He-...He summoned a blade from fire and nearly killed me!" The Blood Elf, no mater howold he was looked absolutley stunned.
"Don't worry." I tried to comfort him. "We will find him."
"But he-!" Daelin stammored. I quickly let my hands burst into flame and made two dual blades appear. Daelin's eyes widened in fear and shock at the same time. "Y-... y-... you split your soul?!"
"Yes, and now I poses one of Darin's powers." I regarded my new Soulfire. I made the blades disappear and extinguished the flames by clenching my fists.
"Now, do you mind if we find an inn? I''d like to have a drink before my old senses wear off," I said jokingly. Daelin still looked a bit frazled but I turned him around and steered him to the nearest inn where I had the finest ale I've had in a very long time.
