So, I drove into school this morning, (that sounded like the opening of a corny joke), and did a terrible parking job as usual. But I figured it was alright because the person who usually parks next to me wasn’t there. I was late, again, but I didn’t really mind. Detention isn’t that bad, and Rick usually lets me out early because I have rehearsal for the musical after school. Anyways, I walked into my first hour: Essay Writing. Surprisingly the class isn’t as boring as it sounds, but then again, I have an awesome teacher. We had to create a metaphor about the movie Finding Forrester, then we went to the 11th grade English class and looked at their different presentations. One group had a Wii set up, so that was what I used for most of the visiting period. I also went and watched my friend Joe play Call of Duty at another group’s set up. I’m more of a Halo person…
Second Hour is alright. Computer Aided Design. We design stuff… with the aid of computers. We have a trimester-long project of making legos, and putting them together on the computer. It’s kind of hard, but Anthony and Pete make the class more interesting. They’re funny. My friend and project partner, Lauren, is really cool. She’s so laid back. I wish I was mellow like her, but I’m too energetic. Some guy randomly called me over and said that a guy named Nick in my class likes me. Uhh… Anyways, I helped him with one of his Lego designs. Nick said he was joking about earlier. I kind of hid behind Lauren and Anthony, and took a nap on the floor. I’m surprised I didn’t get caught. Class gets out at 10:11
Sadly I have A lunch, which is more like breakfast. Lunch at 10:11 a.m.? There’s Papa John’s pizza on Tuesdays, so I got one slice. I felt guilty eating it since I’m supposed to be on a diet. Diets are fun. That was sarcasm. Nobody has to know about my secret pizza affair. I sit with Sherry, Phillip, Matt, Sara, and some other people at lunch. Phillip and I always go to the school store together and buy candy.
