I turned to look at shaun. He smiled when the murder of a policemen i'd told him about often was on TV. As if he were proud. "Weren't we talking about the perfect murder yesterday?"I asked him. "Yeah. Coincedence, ain't it?" He said smiling. "Yeah"I said muttering. I walked out of the store, deciding to let it pass. I saw the house shaun move into. He was still at the shop, so i decided to check his house out. I went in, the door was open. I looked around. I didn't find anything you wouldn't find in a normal guy's house. I went down to check out the basement. It smelt like mold and was covered in dust. "Ugh...ever heard of cleaning?"I said to myself. I walked over to his desk. There was a notebook, and i opened it to examine it's contents. The names of those who died, and how was written down. "Huh?...." I mumbled. I read the recent entry. It was in detail, the victim, and how he killed him. I stepped back in horror. He was the killer on the run. "What are you doing here!?"Shaun said stepping down the creaky stairs. "I...i.."I stuttered. He looked at the open notebook. "So you know?"He said, with rising tension in his voice. "Yes."I said. He took out a knife. "Then you'll be another victim to the unknown killer." He said evilly. I stepped back. "You wouldn't!" I said in fear. "I would. Next time, i have some advice." He said laughing. I was silently backing up. He was laughing twistedly. I had no more space to back up.He walked up to me. I was cornered. He held the knife to me. "Never talk to strangers."He smiled twistedly. I quicky took the knife and hit him. He fell back in pain. "How..dare..you.."He said in pain. I ran up the stairs, grabbing the notebook. The next day, he was arrested for his murders and one less murderer was on the run. The town was more peaceful. I went to the shop. "Another case closed."I said sighing and taking a sip of coffee.
