Back at the Aspen pack, an omega with black ears and one of the new members were sitting at the edge of the clearing.
Suddenly, out of the trees camee a black wolf with white ears. He walked closer and crossed the Aspen border and walked right across the clearing.
"What is he doing here!?" said the wolf with black ears.
"Blackears, do you know this wolf?" asked the new wolf.
"Yes." replied Blackears, "He was my brother, but he joined the blood valley pack. And if he's here they can't be far behind... Scot, we need to tell Boss!"
The two wolves ran across to where the others were sitting.
