New York's event wasn't webcasted but it left a pretty good amount of info for us! some guy recorded the 3DS Menu (english) demo and Man...it is amazing, and i will cover it with careful details here! I promise you a very visual blog this time ^^

Awesome 3DS waiting screen before loading a software

You guys should know well the Nintendo DSi, which has a clean and smooth look, somewhat simple but still an acceptable menu, when i saw it, i can say i was surprised...the sound and everything else.

If you had an experience like mines, you'll "simply" freak out when you get your 3DS out of the box and turn it on.

The 3DS menu has an amazing, customizable, smooth and somehow "calm" environment, we can switch from 1 column (4 icons display) to 64 icons in the same screen!!

As i watched the video, i confess i had to turn my vol down because the 3DS sound was very loud, more than any handheld nintendo made, the sounds is INCREDIBLY crystalline, i wonder how it sounds with headphones! I guess will happily fill my SD card with musics :3

Oh yeah,
Apparently it comes in a standard 2 columns (aprox 8 icons) setting, just like the Wii, each icon has its own sound, not a music just a sound then it stops, and UN-Like the Wii instead of showing only the Icon display it uses the Top 3D screen for that, and down the menu stays as it is, takes a good advantage of the 3D feature, if you have it turned on of course.

Also Confirmed before, you know you can perform multi tasking by pausing your game and coming to a "take-a-break" menu, where you can access WITHOUT closing your current running game/software, browser, notepad, friend list and messages and SpotPass update notification (games DLC, daily content, news) most likely Settings as well. Other than these can't run without closing the actual software you aborted.

Oh yeah, i would like to say Videos were officially confirmed to be downloaded from the eShop!

you do know that it only sounded that way in the video because they had Direct Feed Audio, witch means that they hook the 3DS to the camera by the headphone jack and get the audio that way, the 3DS might not sound that loud or crystal clear once you hear it in person
