"Wake Up!" The shouts of Endi were barely laudible. All around Endo was fire. What's happened?!
"Stupid, let's go!" Endi shouted while dragging Endo.
"And don't worry, I have our weapons!" as the two brothers ran outside to meet Endee, the building collapsed.
"And not a second too soon," Said Endee. People were running from every direction. Hooded people cast spells upon the houses and townfolk, laughing manically. It was total mayhem.
"No time to explain. Let's go!!" Putting his katanas behind his back, Endo followed the two brothers. They ran out of town, and into a nearby forest. They didn't stop until they were deep inside the heart of the wooded land.
"Okay... I think we are far enough so we can stop and think," Said Endi. " Those men came in around midnight. But..how did they see our house? We have tough illusions on it!"
"Hold on," said Endee. "You don't think...Endark was one of them? He's the only one that can see the house, and he wasn't at the house when we got back from Sensei's and-" Endee got cut off as a huge explosion emitted. The Makarks were blown backwards, into some bushes.
"Nice to see you, boys." The voice came from a devilish figure with...a blue stripe upon his head!
"I see you attempted to escape. A pity your little Sensei can't help you." Endark smiled evilly. He slowly pulled out his staff. He casted another dark ball upon them, damaging the brothers further.
"Cmon, fight you cowards!" Endark said impatiently.
Endee found the energy to get up. He whipped out his nunchuks, and sprinted toward Endark. Suddenly Endark outstretched his hand, and Endee flew backwards.
"it seems that Sensei has given you child's toys. What a foolish old man. How did he not predict this? It was all so-" A random arrow flew into his torso. Endi was hidden amoung the treetops, concealed. Endo took this time to charge. With katana hand-in-hand, he ran toward Endark and swung. Endark flew into a tree, dazed, but not beaten.
"I did not come to play with worms!!" Suddenly, a giant vortex appeared above them all. Lightning rained down from it, striking the Makarks. Endo found himself falling in a giant hole of darkness, alone, and scared...
Finally coming to, it was morning. End's brothers were still unconscious, but not seriously injured. It looked like Endee's leg was bent the wrong way. And now that he thought of it, Endo's wrist seemed...dead. Starting a fire with sticks and leaves, he pondered what they were going to do. With no home or guidance, they were going to be forced to roam the land. And most of all, why would their brother betray them?!
