It seems retailers in europe, more precisely in UK have been receiving 3DS shipments from China already, for who don't know, Nintendo's facilities are located in china, look at your DSi's back ;P
Some Lucky soul was able to get its hands in a brand new 3DS ready to be sold in 25 March, one of the 900.000 3DS units Nintendo reserved for europe
When you get your 3DS you will find on its box the following content:
- Nintendo 3DS system
- Charging Cradle
- AC adapter
- 6 augmented reality cards
- 3DS spare stylus
- System Manuals and health safety manuals
These are the 6 augmented reality cards, in events only the "?" box was available for trial, we have no idea of what the other cards do....we'll have to find out by ourselves
Since this is an European unit, it is to expect the AC adapter to be different from other regions, unfortunately europeans are getting that Huge and considerably ugly charger, But lets not forget the DSi charger also works with the 3DS

The other 5 cards are like the mii one were you can put either mario, kirby samus, link, or pikmin in the real world and take a picture of them, they dont move they are more like statues and you can change their poses
