The Zelda bosses can inspire love and hate in the player. They require determination to defeat the 1st time. The bosses provide a steadily increasing chalenge to the player. At times, they give a great deal of anger and frustration to the player. Not because they want to erase Link, It's alot simpler......the bosses add reality in to Hyrule. Unlike any other enemy in the game, the bosses are mortal.
As strange as this seems, every gamer sees this as true. All the time you spent on a boss, you only battle them once in your journey. Return to the dungeon as many times as you like, but you will find the boss room empty. Once you've killed the boss, he's gone forever. No 2nd chance, no more lives, making it the most human thing in the game. Link, even though it doesn't seem like that, is immortal. Link has a certian amount of energy, but he always respawns. Once the boss runs out of energy, it's gone....forever.
Dark Link is a fake shadowy Link. He was a demon made out black blood by ganondorf. Still, he has no soul conection with link, so when link killed him, link was compleatly uneffected.
My fave mini-boss is Dark Link, but isn't he Link's shadow that was created by Ganondorf? Does that mean Link's shadow is gone forever? Because I don't think Dark Link would be destroyed because he's like Link's shadow?I'm confusing myself xD
