"Izzy!," I heard somewhere behind me, "Hey, Iz, wait up!"
I sighed inwardly and turned to see a beautiful girl with swirling dark hair, bright green eyes and creamy skin.
"Where were you, Iz?" She asked breathlessly as she jogged up to me.
If I had the energy I would have kicked myself. How could I had forgotten?
"Sorry, Rae," I whispered, my voice hoarse from crying, "It's just been one of those days."
Rae studied my face with concern.
"Izzy, this has to stop," She said abrubtly, "It's been almost two months since he died."
That was true, but my father had been my life.
I opened my mouth to explain it to her when suddenly my breath was knocked out of me by what seemed like a brick wall, but when I glanced up at the sadistic glare above me, I knew it was no wall. He was at least for inches taller than me, which was TALL, with shaggy dark hair and suprisingly light blue eyes-which, at the moment, seemed intent on devouring me with their anger.
"Watch where you're going." He growled.
"Sorry." I muttered-more like trembled.
He grunted and continued his brisk walk down Winchester Street.
"Whoa," I heard whisper Rae beside me, "I think you just ran into Jerad Blake. Literally. Ha!"
Ha? I was afraid for my life!
"Who is he?" I asked, still iritated at her casual laugh.
"What do you mean 'who is he'?," She asked, tossing her shining black hair over one shoulder.
"He's been going to our school for a few weeks. His dad's a convicted fellon."
Well that was just beautiful, I'd made enemies with the local dilenquent.
Uh-oh. -end of Part 1-
So, at this point, you have no idea where the story's going, and I apologize-thats all that would fit. Eventually, our leading lady, Isannah (Is-on-ah) falls into a painting leading into a parallel universe based in medievel times, where she encounters the strangest of captors, an armed guard, and a dark secret. You know, everyday stuff.
You guys should all rate this awesome so I'll make more. Lol. Actually, I have half of this full-sized novel typed up on my computer. (200 pages so far). I'm kind of obsessed. This is just a not-as-good rewrite
