There once was a rose.
Innocent to his toes...
He met a little girl
from the other side of the world.

She knew it would never work.
He was a rose, she was a human.
Their love would be misty & murk.



Oh my,
Is this what I see?
The little girl was right,
she cried as she stared out to sea.

His thorns..
had her fingers prickled.
she thought as the tears trickeled.



She ran away chasing skylight and nothing more,
Running away from all of the blood and gore.



She ran and ran,
and what does she see?
A nice little white rose,
"It was calling to me.."
She said as she picked it up-
thorn free.



It looks like THEY were meant to be!
