First off, I know this is late. I just saw a lot of late reviews and remembered this game, as it is one of my favourites.
Are you sitting comfortably? Then let's begin.
Storyline
The game begins with a cutscene. A ginger haired boy is waking up, in the middle of a crossing, packed with people. But nobody notices him.
This is just the beginning of the game - trust me, it gets weirder.
If anyone has ever been to Shibuya in Japan, many of the scenes will be instantly recognisable. The storyline is very strange and unique. There are two worlds in Shibuya. The REAL WORLD and the UNDER WORLD (I forgot their names so I'll call them that :p) and in the UNDER WORLD, everyone is dead. Yeah, it's weird. Every day you are given a mission to complete. Get through the week alive and you win,and get to come back to life. But is it really that simple?

Graphics
The graphics are mainly Anime/Manga style drawings. Shibuya looks strange, but nice in the game. Something noticeable is that your viewpoint changesas you move Neku around the screen. So move to the left, and you'll see a bit more, or less, of the location you're in. The battle and menu graphics are amazing and worth having a look at.

Controls
The controls are relatively common to any RPG game outside of battle, but in battle, all that changes. You must control Neku with the stylus on the bottom screen and control your partner with the D-pad on the top screen. The same enemies (called the 'Noise' ) appear on both the top and bottom screens and share the same health. Sound easy? At first, it isn't. Both Neku and his partner share the same health, meaning you're in for some tough battles.

Music
Seeing as the game is very music based, the music has to be good, doesn't it? The music lives up to expectations and goes beyond them. Truly great music.
