I need the night.
I need your love
to make me alright.

My need of night
is to flee,
from the things
that destroy me.

try expanding your stanzas...something like
the night is full of the uncertain,
your warm embrace is what i must ascertain(probably spelled wrong)
work on it and then email me when you are done.
