In the two days since it's release, (has it been longer?) the bulletin board has become completely cluttered with threads. Without having to wait for an admin to feature it, as is the case with blogs, users have free reign with whatever they want to post. Sure, admins can lock the thread, but it's still going to add to the clutter.
Here are my ideas to reduce the space in bulletins:
1. Only allow users to post one thread per day.
2. Delete threads instead of locking them, this should send a notification to the user with a reason for deletion.
3. A thread search box! Just put one. They're useful.
4. A user thread search box. This would display all the threads made by a certain user.
