Hello.This is my first blog so...It`s gonna suck.

1. It is one of the larger glands of the body.

2.It is shaped like a butterfly.

3. It controls the rate of every thing in your body.

4.It weighs less then 1 oz.

5.The names of the horomones it produces are triiodothyronine and thyroxine.

6.They are called T3 and T4 the numbers saying how many iodine molcules are in each horomone.

7.Thyroid cells are the only type of cells that can absorb iodine.

8. It creates a spark that results in a shoop da woop.(citation needed)
