Pokemon Effort Vallue training is very complex, so complex, that this may take up a few blogs. But, I'll do my best to explain in an easy and understandable way. This is all my own.
Step 1:= This step is the first and easiest step. Get a pokemon! Yes! Find the pokemon you want to train, it's very easy. There is a small twist however.... It can't have ANY experience. Absolutely NONE! So what can you do? Breed it, get an egg and start from scratch. You can also catch a new one from the wild. Both of these will get you the no experience pokemon of your dreams.
Step 2:= I hope you didn't throw away your Macho-Brace(s)... Because for this step the pokemon you are raising must hold one. So, Step 2 = give your pokemon a Macho-Brace.
Step 3:= Even though you have barely done anything, I must congratulate you. Well done, but there is still much to do. Buy 20 vitamens, 10 for one stat you want to raise, 10 for the other stat you wish to raise. Vitamens = Carbos, Zinc, Protein, Iron, Hp Up.
Step 4:= This step is VERY hard, you must infect the pokemon with... PKRS... Dun dun dun! PKRS is almost like a sickness that spreds through-out your team. It is very good though!
-------------------------
By now you should have a pokemon you got by egg or a pokemon you just caught in the wild. It should be holding the Macho-Brace and have 20 vitamens in it. All this plus being infected with the rare PKRS. Please note that these first 4 steps must be done before you can actually begin training it.
Before I finish the steps, I'll explain in my next blog why you should EV train, and I'll also explain what some of the steps in this even mean.
its a good (professional) guide, but you don't need to put a macho brace on your pokemon and infect it with pokerus neither, you can train without this, it would be easier with this but isn't necesary
