I know my time on here lately has been scarse. I tell people it's because I'm tired. I've been lying. Truthfully, it's because I'm struggling. I'm struggling with my depression. As of late, I've been going through some extremely difficult & stressful periods in my life. The result is that you might find me extremely moody. (This is a forewarning as well as a confession) For an idea of how I've been feeling, I wrote a poem below:

Tears while in bed
Words that were said
Hindsight predicted
Chaos has shifted
Taken over my life

Now I am stuck
I can do nothing right
Tears are my friend
Peace came to end

Hair gone limp
Eyes can't shine
Hindsight predicted
Happiness Shifted
Away from my life

The hunger for pain
The knowledge for an end
The look of disdain
The need to pretend

The mask of a smile
The fake sound of laughter
The 'happy' lies from within
I can no longer pretend
