Messed up huh? The thing is, I thought'd you would be better. But sanding there watching us fight and Eric dying...It's disgusting!" Jake stormed off into a room and came out with normal clothes on. He looked at his grandfather and threw the necklace at him. Jake's hair turned back blonde but had grown out, and was messy. He scoffed and walked out the door. It was midnight, and only a little power remained in the city. The tourists and locals had left the state and it was sad to see NYC empty. Jake sat on The Empire State Building. He thought about the other heroes, and maybe it was a mistake leaving. Jake shook the thoughts off and decided to fly to his best friend Nick's house. He knocked on the door. Nick came to the door with a worried face, which quickly became excited. "JAKE! We thought you were dead, man! Come inside" he said. Jake slowly walked in, greeting and hugging Nick's family. Jake's stuff was still in the guest bedroom, as he left it. "It's been a month now! Are you hungry?" asked Nick's mother. Jake nodded and after he was done, he was ready for sleep. Jake's dream was rough. He saw a battle, filled with all the heroes he had seen at the clock tower. There were villains as well, especially Inferna running and jumping, burning heroes everywhere. Father Time had a large spear with a spinning clock on it, running through villains. Then, in front of Father Time, there was a large ugly, muscular creature. It had goggles on its eyes...Almost like...Professor Colossus. The creature had large rock-like fists and nearly swept Father Time away. But then, a huge lightning bolt was zapped into the giant. Impossible! Father Time turned around and chuckled. "I thought Volt was dead!" groaned the giant. Father Time rolled his eyes and then rose his spear to strike...
