Has anyone noticed this? The second a person breaks rules, even unknowingly, and it's shown that the person is new, everyone screams at them.
Believe it or not, these are REAL PEOPLE your yelling at! I mean, how would you like it? " OH YOU STUPID <Insert offense here>! I HOPE YOU DIE! Stupid <Insert offense>!" You actually sound MORE like a noob than the person your yelling at!
Here's a real life example I experienced on another site that will remain anonymous.
[qoute] Yeah, don't spam! Stupid spammer! I hate spammers![/qoute]
Seriously. In short, you're not talking to a bot, no matter how much it may seem like that. REAL PEOPLE! Thank you, and enjoy the rest of your day.
I agree with this reasoning. It's not like they're going to know the rules by an instant once they have signed up. It's like nobody has sympathy for a new person to accidently mess up and not know the rules.
