It took a while to clean up the main area. Sure, we flit fast but that quake caused some serious damage. Shadow was magicing pieces of ceiling back into place. Vergil was sweeping the floor. Jason was providing cleaning supplies and helping Shadow. Lukas and Colby were moving things back into place. The twins... Were skipping around in circles. I was tempted to smack them. Anna-Marie wasn't doing much either, seeing as how she was still unconscious. Maybe I'd killed her. A girl could hope...

I shoved a couch back into place. Fifteen years old and not even five feet, but I can move a massive sofa all by myself. I know. I'm pretty awesome. I heard the snap of gum and knew Kiko had entered the room. I spun to face her.

"What's up?" I asked, hoping she'd convinced Marco I could come. Kiki smiles placidly at me.
"As usual, Fallyn, you're stubborn attitude has payed." she said, "Marco has agreed to let you come, on one condition." I narrowed my eyes.
"Condition?" I repeated, suspiciously. Kiko frowned as Shadow walked over to us, wrapping an arm around my shoulders, casually.
"He wants to, um," Kiko looked uncomfortable "He wants to have one of his agents watch over you twenty four seven." Shadow raised an eyebrow. My jaw clenched.
"He wants what?" I asked through clenched teeth. Kiko gave me a patronizing look.
"Fallyn, Marco has reasons not to trust pixies." she explained "In the past he's had some very bad experiences with them."
"Doesn't he trust me to keep her reigned in?" Shadow asked. When I glowered at him he added "Figurativley, of course."
Kiko shook her head.
"Marco hates you, remember?" she sighed. "He doesn't want you coming either, but with you record for demon fighting..." Shadow cracked a grin. I sent him a dirty look.
"It's not my fault I'm incredible." he said, defensively. I rolled my eyes.
Kiko sighed again.
"So, he wants to assign me a babysitter?" I clarified. Kiko hesitated.
"That's one way of putting it." she admitted. I groaned, loudly.
"I'm not a-" I began
"I know that, Fallyn." Kiko cut in "But there's nothing else I can do. He's set on this."
"It'll be fine, Fallyn." Shadow assured me, shaking my shoulder gently. I grumbled to myself.
"Fine." I sighed "I'll deal with being babysat." Kiko nodded, her phone buzzing in her pocket. She answered it and pressed it to her ear.
"Hello?" she said "Oh, this must be Jacklyn. Mhm. Yes, she's agreed. Oh, really? Oh, is he? Wonderful." She walked out her phone glued to her here. I turned to Shadow.
"I hate my life." I groaned. He laughed
"No you don't." He retorted. I groaned again.
WHACK!

Something hard came down on my head. I dropped to my knees, the world going black around the edges.

Whoever did that was going to have one angry pixie busting down their doors.
