Here's an easy way on how to defeat "The Ultimate Enemy" [actually named Panthera Cantus], which is Hanekoma's Noise form.
Equip the following pins:
Black Uranus
Righty Cat
Brainy Cat
Lefty Cat
Speed Factor
Gatito
Set your level to the highest it can be while whatever difficulty's drop rate you're aiming for is 100%.
Give Neku only ATK boosting items.
Make your partner Shiki.
Give her items that will balance her out pretty well, because she is the main factor to winning.
During the battle...
Keep using "Black Uranus" on the lion Noise. This will bring up an icicle. The Cat set and "Speed Factor" will replenish your REBOOT super fast. Also, "Gatito" will increase the strength of "Black Uranus". Thus, you can juggle the enemy without him being able to hit you.
Now for Shiki. It gets complicated. During Skiki's finisher in her side combo, you gain a few frames of invincibility. So, you must attack like this: Keep attacking until you are about to use the finisher. Then wait until the Noise attacks to use the finisher, you'll survive the attack without losing any HP and hurt the Noise.
So, keep slashing up and time Shiki's movements. You'll probably not get it the first time, or the next. But once you get used to it, this "Ultimate Enemy" is a joke.
